Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging. Because our matches are a consumable product, any used or partially used items cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at info@glintdesign.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer free returns.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@glintdesign.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
- Used or lit matches
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Matches are considered flammable goods, so all returns must comply with shipping regulations. If you’re unsure, reach out before sending anything back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
